Tidy, friendly guy looking for a long-term home

Hi everyone :-)

I’m Dec. I’ve been living in London for 2.5 years.

I’m 28, work both in a theatre box office for a raunchy West End show, in a gay adult shop in Soho, and am studying for a journalism qualification.

You won't sway me with tales about your flat being nearby boutiques, gyms, or Waitrose. I'm in it for a walkable Poundland, Aldi/Lidl, and a station for travel connections. R. I.P Wilko.

Budget-wise, as I am not a rich gay in Marketing or otherwise, I have set my budget up to 700, but will be realistically aiming for something less expensive.

As your flatmate, I’m pretty chilled — I love to have a laugh and chat a bit. I’m all about embracing people as they come. I like to be honest (not a back-bitey person), and fair.

Equally, I’m happy to give space as I sometimes like my own after a hectic day. I’m not fussy, but am fairly clean and tidy and respectful of bathroom/kitchen space.

I'm looking for a mid-September move, though I am able to join sooner.
