En-Suite Room (or) Whole Flat

*In market for buying (need a London bolt as retuning to work onsite (Canary Wharf) so ideally upto 6 months rent would be nice.

If flatsharing - prefer with guys (dont matter if they are smokers / party animals / chillout types / etc.)...but my room has to has to be en-suite bedroom (not sole use of main bathroom)...

I prefer Finchley Road, Kentish Town, Southwark, Elizabeth Line - Paddington to Abbey Wood, Jubilee Line - Finchley Road to Stratford, DLR - Isle of Dogs to Stratford, National Rail - Kentish Town to Elephant & Castle,

If renting entire property - prefer landlord to be gay or bi, but relaxed and open-minded in nature.
