En-Suite Room (or) Whole Flat

Move In By 15/07, min. stay until 30/11 or 31/12

*In market for buying (need a London bolt as retuning to work onsite (Canary Wharf) 5 days a week and also means I can go view Buying options when available)

If flatsharing - prefer with guys (dont matter if they are smokers / party animals / chillout types / etc.)...but my room has to has to be en-suite bedroom (not sole use of main bathroom)...anywhere in London.

If renting entire property - prefer landlord to be gay or bi, but relaxed and open-minded in nature.
