Seeking room in modern flat

I have been living in London for 15 years (originally from Sydney) and am looking for a new place sometime early May.

I am very tidy and respectful and have lived with my fair share of people.

I work in the arts and am a social gay male, often out for dinners or events or travelling...but I also like some chill time and to relax and watch TV.
