Part-time Renter/ 10 days a month

I am a British man. I live in Berlin, Germany. But I work in London 10 days (+/- 4 days) per month.

Looking for a casual rental agreement. A spare room, ideally in zones 1/2. London City is ideal.

It would be nice to have somewhere I can feel a bit more comfortable and leave a few items so I don't need to take as much with me when travelling.

When in London I am out working, and in the evening usually seeing friends or at work events. But occasionally I would love an evening in just relaxing. Some weekends also.

I am the founder of a start-up, so budget is around £500pm for a part-time renter. Would ideally suit someone who likes living alone, but doesn't mind an occasional person in their spare room. Or someone who owns an empty flat in London and doesn't mind someone using it.

Things I enjoy: Theatre, working out, coffee shops, Eurovision, clubbing, Drag Race, trying new restaurants, seeing friends.

No drugs. No smoking. No pets. Clean and tidy.
