I am looking for a Double/En-suite room

My name is Martin, 34 year old professional from Czech Republic. I work as a catering assistant (Mon-Fri) on Embassy Gardens in the Nine Elms and I am currently living in Peckham. I am looking for a furnished double en-suite room to rent in a quiet, clean house/flat. I would ideally like to stay in South London (Clapham, Brixton, E&C, Peckham, Stockwell, Balham, Wandsworth, etc.). My budget is around £950 including bills. LGBT friendly household is a must.:).

I have been living in the UK for more than 6 years and in London for 3 years. I have got MA (Hons) in the History of Art and Design. I have worked as a volunteer artist for UK charities back in Bristol. I am a sociable, responsible, very tidy, and friendly guy. I am not too loud, and I respect my flatmates' privacy. I am passionate about healthy lifestyle, art and modern design. I enjoy exercising, cycling, travelling, cooking, baking, creating my own artworks and walking into nature. I hope to find a comfortable and cosy house/flat with some yard/little garden or balcony where we can enjoy barbeque and hang out together. I am NOT looking for a party house. Also, I cycle every day to work and to have a bike storeroom or space where I can keep my bike would be great.
