31m Professional looking for houseshare

Hi everyone,

I'm Ben, looking for a spare room in London. I am 31, full time professional, hoping to find a house-share with other professionals, preferably around my own age.

I'm a considerate, sociable guy hoping to find a house with similar. Respectful of space, but also happy to socialise and known to bake enough to share.

I work remotely, so looking for a room that will have feasible space to work in, without going mad.  The preferred neighbourhoods listed are by no means prohibitive.
