Looking for a new space to call home!

I've lived in my current space for over 5 years but with the cost of living increase, living alone is no longer feasible for me. The landlord has unfortunately decided to raise the price to an unreasonable amount.

Ideally, I'm looking for a quiet/calm space to live - I work as a Social Worker and I am also a Writer. I work out-of-home but tend to spend most evenings and weekends at home. I'd describe myself as open-minded, thoughtful, and supportive. I come with plenty of books, and a TV.

Happy to get to know each other and see if we'd be a good fit. I am easy-going, so do not mind if you're the kind of person who wants to just co-exist in a friendly/polite way, or if you're open to being friends - I understand the importance of having your own space!
