SEEKING DOUBLE ROOM

Hi everyone,

Trying my luck here. The renting market at the moment is just crazy and I did not realise it would be this competitive! I live with a straight couple (lodger situation) and they want the flat to themselves as they are getting married which is completely understandable.

I'm basically looking for a long term home, sharing with maximum 2 more others. My max budget is £1000 with bills included with the current wage I earn. I would prefer to stay in Holloway as I've lived here for the past 4 years and just love it but am open to Arsenal, Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington or even within walking distance to Caledonian Road.

Here is some quick info about me;
- I am Middle Eastern but was born and raised in Sweden; London's been home for the past 9 years.
- I’m in my late 20’s and very mature.
- I work full time in retail (in store) while pursuing a career as a singer/songwriter (very respectful with noise though).
- I am super friendly, easy going, clean, tidy and most importantly respectful.
- I'm the furthest thing from a party animal and prefer keeping to myself in my room most of the time but am also balanced when it comes to conversing with my flatmate(s) etc.
- Non-smoker, no pets. Don’t come with much furniture. I can provide good references too if needed.
- I am ultimately looking for a home and not just somewhere to 'crash' and would treat the property/the room accordingly!
