2023 new home, long term 😉😃👍🏾.

My budget is ideally around £1000, but I'm happy to pay a little extra, for the right home😃👍🏾 or less!! Ideally living with 1 - 3 others maxs (open minded people / person, friendly, likes too hangout ect)...

A little bit about myself: I'm a full time Actor & SA (performer), this is me full time 😃🎬! I'm a bi male, thoughtful of others, I'm a none smoker. I'm 38 "November 1984 baby😃🧑🏾" I don't look my age.
I need a nice size bedroom (not small).
I'm happy to share a bathroom (an ensuite would be a bonus 😊😉, if these 1 going, if not still all good 😊🚽) !
With my lined of work, I once in a blue moon, I need too get up super early too get myself ready for work & the odd long travel back home ! I'm a none driver, so nearby transport is a most for myself. Within 20- 30mins walking distance of public transport (buses, trains ect)....
I am a meat eatter, I'm more than happy not too buy / eat it in them home😉😊 (all super good👍🏾). I love & enjoy others company, as well as my own time now & again. I'm in too training @ the gym, I'm hoping these a nearby gym within walking distance lol. A unfurnished room or furniture is all good with me (I do have the odd furniture, of my own I would like too keep, if possible) but all super good 😊👍🏾! So I can add too the room & make it even more homely.
A drug free home (medication/s is good & alcohol👍🏾) I do like a drink now and again. I believe I've covered everything for now. Please feel free to message myself cheers.

I do enjoy hangout, going out with friends, (great company, making new friends), food shopping, watching a live show, live music, cooking (now & again), bowling, cinema, playing games ect... A clean and tidy home (team work)...
I do love & enjoy different types of TV shows, movies ect.. Pet friendly 😃👍🏾.
