Friendly part time, convincing crossdresser

I am seeking a room in a friendly household around the suburbs of East London and slightly into the Essex area.

I am an Admin worker in the NHS, working full time.  I've been there for 25 years.

I crossdress mainly for events and evenings out fortnightly (approx).  I only mentioned being convincing because I don't do any half measures when I glam up...lol.  I am single and visit the gym regularly, am a vegetarian but don't mind being around meat.  I respect privacy, but also like to socialise when the time is right.  I will talk about anything and am interested in all sorts.  I'm also pretty handy with DIY, like to help others and am very domesticated.  I always try to have a smile on my face and find laughter a great tonic.  I can provide photos on request in male mode or dressed.

I've never rented before so cannot supply Landlord references, but can provide one from my employer.  I've been at home with parents most of the time and lived with partners (in their home) other times.
