Seeking a new housemate for this bright and breezy flat in the lovely, leafy Clapham Old Town.

Top-floor, split-level, terrace house; two-bedrooms with me in the other.

The second room is what’s available, part-furnished but flexible, and has a floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe with lots of hanging space.

The place is pretty much fitted-out already, but happy to ‘blend’ if you have homeware items for the kitchen. Also a large, deep built-in storage cupboard to share.

Short walk to the Common and Clapham Common tube, and to the bars on Voltaire Road.
