Awesome double bedrooms in well-located flat share in Shepherds Bush minutes from the station.

Both of my flatmates have recently found love and decided to move in with their partners so I'm looking for 2 new people to join our homely flat, which I have lived in for the past 12 years!

The rent is really unbeatable for the place, location and quality of the flat.

The bedrooms:
The rooms comes fully furnished with a set of drawers, wardrobe and double bed! There is room for a bookcase or small desk.

The flat:
We have a fully modernised and cosy flat which is situated in a quiet street. There's a shared living room, shared bathroom which has just been renovated with a bath, kitchen with all the essentials and dishwasher, washing machine etc.

The flat is only 3 minutes’ walk from extensive transport links (Shepherd’s Bush UG, OG & bus station). Westfield shopping centre is 5 minutes away with supermarkets, gym and medical practice. Brook Green is 10 minutes’ walk away and has tennis courts and award-winning pubs. We are only 15 minutes’ walk away from the glorious Holland Park.

Existing flatmates:
I am event profession in financial services who works part-time from home and the office, thanks to Covid. I have successfully managed to balance home and work whilst living and working from the flat for the last year. I like to do our own thing but do enjoy having the occasional glass of wine, or even just a chat over a cup of tea.

I'm friendly, considerate and tidy. We do not have a cleaner, but pitch in together and we expect our new flatmate to be equally courteous.

The ideal person will be social, clean and tidy who is looking for a home and not just a crash pad, and has experience of living in a shared house.

London life is hectic, so it’s essential that whomever joins the flat shares the approach of our flat being a calm and homely space!

Admin:
The rent is either £610 or £630 per month depending on the room you like with bills on top. Bills are typically £110 per month which gas, electricity, WIFI, water, council tax.

References will be required, and you will need to pass a financial check. Plus 5 weeks deposit, which is the standard UK amount.
