Double bedroom available Leeds City Centre

I’m looking to rent out my spare double bedroom in my forth floor city centre apartment.

The bedroom is fully furnished, recently decorated and includes a double bed, wardrobe, bed side cabinet, bookcase/storage unit and TV including Sky Q mini box.

The apartment comprises a modern fully fitted kitchen which includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. A large open planned living/dining room area. The separate bathroom has a large bath with overhead shower. There’s also a communal balcony with views over the city and Leeds Minster.

You will be sharing with myself and my cat. I’m looking for someone with similar interests, who’s fairly easy going, sociable, quiet, friendly, tidy and ideally also a nudist or comfortable living with someone who is. Someone who is also a bit geeky or has autism would be really cool as well.

The flat is very close to all city centre amenities, shops, bars and restaurants and is just a short walk to the bus/coach station and a 10 minute walk to Leeds train station. On street parking is restricted but there is car club vehicles located nearby.

The rent is £450 a month which includes all bills, Sky Q (including Sky/BT Sports) and BT broadband.
