Double room with bathroom E3

Hi there, I’m Stephen, 42, looking for a friendly, tidy and sociable flatmate. I enjoy gym, yoga, cinema and catching up with friends.

My flat is on the first floor of a purpose built block in Bromley-by-Bow, just a few minutes walk from the tube, Devon’s Road DLR is also close by providing easy access to both Central London and Canary Wharf.

Most bills are included (council tax, water, Sky Superfast Broadband) except electricity.

The bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table and shelving unit. The living area is open plan kitchen, dining and living room. You will have majority use of the bathroom (I have an en suite but occasionally enjoy a soak in the tub!). There’s also an east-facing terrace balcony from the living room.

This is my home, not just a flat. I respect who I share the space with and expect the same from you.

I’m looking for a flatmate for initially 6 months who is friendly, respectful, clean, tidy and happy to socialise together in the flat occasionally.
