I have a modern double bedroom to rent in a beautiful new build flat in Elephant & Castle.

The apartment is on the 5th floor, and is well furnished, homely and has all the high spec elements of a new build flat.

Large balcony, west facing, so great for evening sun.

Room is currently used as a home office, but will be putting a double bed in.

It'd be great to find a clean, sorted professional who is both up for hanging out but also very much has their own life. Working a 9-5 job is not essential.

Recently separated from my partner, and I'm now looking for someone to move in and share the space with.

Who am I?

Currently work as a Marketing Manager for a Mayfair Members club, I'm very down to earth and generally easy going.

Enjoy the gym and I'm part of a gay touch rugby team in Clapham.

I enjoy gaming, I have a ps5, Xbox and switch, all of which are in the main room and you're free to use.

When can i see the place?

The apartment will be available to view most evenings, and will be available from the 1st march
