The water bill is included in the rent.
The rest of the bills will come up around 200£ (The total cost will vary depending on the electricity usage) That will be Divided between all the tenants.

There are some fees with regards to a change of sharer are £50.00 including VAT for the first change of sharer and £15.00 including VAT for every other Tenant thereafter within the same change plus £75.00 including VAT for safety checks.

Our contract will end the 18th of November, unfortunately the other two current flatmates have to leave London for work, but we fell in love with the flat and would like to renew the contract possibly for another 1 or 2 years.
