Bright and Spacious double in Wimbledon

Sadly leaving a furnished, bright and spacious double room in Wimbledon in a friendly 4 bedrooms LGBTQ+ household due to work commitments and looking for a new person to take over the tenancy agreement by the end of June.

The room is on the ground floor, comes with a comfy double bed, good size wardrobe and plenty of storage. You will have direct access to the garden in the backyard from a sliding door which is perfect for sunbathing during sunny days or dining al fresco.

The house is in a central location, just 5 min walking to Wimbledon station/village. Plenty of shops around.

The kitchen is well equipped with white goods, microwave, oven and all the cutlery possible so no need to bring/buy yours. We also have a nice living room with a good tv, sofas, dining table and gas fire. Bathroom has shower and bath combo, ideal for lovers of both.
You’ll be living with Rachel, Alessandra and Joshua, all young professional currently working from home. We are quite a social household and we like to spend some time together, especially dinner time watching tv/movies. Big fans of drag race here! :)

Rent is £585 while bills come to an amount of £95 which include council tax, electricity, heating, water and wifi. £680 a month in total. Deposit is £550. You’ll have to go through a standard credit check process with the landlord.
