I have a big modern double bedroom to rent in a secure, modern development situated in the ever-popular Omega Works development in Hackney Wick/Bow for £870 + bills (100 pounds per month)per calendar month! It is available now asap!

This is a two bedroom flat, and you will be sharing it with me:) I have been living in this flat for 5 years now and it is a cozy , quiet place. I don’t party in the house and very respectful of my and my flatmates space. All my housemates become my really good friends. I am a non binary person working in finance. I am very clean. I have a cleaner coming in every 2 weeks but this can be optional.
Apartment: The apartment has been nicely decorated with a huge living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, office space and lounge. The property is approximately 1000sqft in size, which is great for the price and essentially means we have enough space not to step on each other’s toes! I have the best land lady who’s very helpful and responsive!The apartment has WI-FI throughout with Smart Television (with movies and sports!), so you are welcome to record/watch whatever TV you like. I have a nice big balcony overlooking the canal which has views to and is also great for the evening sun (especially when the concerts are on in the park).

Room: en-suite room is the equivalent size to the master bedroom and has a huge floor to ceiling window that lets in loads of light. It is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables (with drawers), mirror, two double wardrobes and still plenty more room for additions. You will have pretty much exclusive access to the main bathroom as I tend to use the en-suite in the other room. Although I do have friends round every now and again, I would appreciate it being kept clean and tidy and no big parties.
