The property is two minutes walk from Brockley station (zone 2) with regular trains to both London Bridge (10 minutes) and Canada water (10 minutes).
There is a Sainsbury's Local 30 seconds walk from the house and also a great coffee shop (with more around the station an extra minute or so away). For drivers there is no off-street parking/ garage, but parking on the road just outside is completely unrestricted and free.
The house has been renovated to a high standard. The bedroom comes with a double bed (with storage); a large built in wardrobe with drawers and overhead cupboard; and an additional chest of drawers. There's also a lot of communal space including an office and an additional bathroom. Broadband and bills are included in the rental price.
Currently it’s just myself in the property and don’t have any plans to rent out additional rooms aside from the one in the advert. I work a fairly demanding job in tax consulting (exciting) partly from home partly in the office. I’m fairly social and I like to think considerate guy. I’m not a massive party animal (too old and square), but I like running; gym; yoga; playing piano and drawing.
