2 double bedrooms for rent in a lovely apartment which consists of the top 2 floors (2nd and 3rd) of a period building. It has just been completely refurbished with a new kitchen, heating and more.

This bedroom is in the back extension of the 2nd floor and shares the bathroom (with bath) with the occupier of bedroom number 3, who only uses the room occasionally due to work abroad.

The other bedroom consists of the loft conversion. It occupies the whole 3rd floor and has an en-suite bathroom. If you are very tall (more than say 6ft 2), I’d pick the 2nd floor room due to the height.

Both bedrooms offer good privacy, can be locked, have a double bed, desk/table, and have built in storage. There is more storage outside the bedrooms if needed.

The shared living room is light and has a new, very complete, open kitchen.

The building is in a quiet residential street in Oval, 10 mins walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line & National Rail Service) and 2 mins walk from Oval tube station (Northern Line).

The rent is £995/ month plus share of bills which used to be £80 per month per room. This included council tax, water and electricity and heating. A new energy contract is due though. We can discuss whether we can share more things like broadband and a possible cleaner.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent.

Viewings will be held on Sunday the 18th of December so that we can meet (but a viewing can be arranged on another day it this is not possible for you). The apartment is finished except for some new furniture and furnishings which still need to arrive but the rooms are be available for moving in immediately.

The flat would suit professionals wanting a London base, but it can also be someone who wants to make it his/her home and doesn’t mind sharing the living and kitchen.

You must be tidy, considerate, reliable, fun loving and not mind dogs as the 3rd occupier has a dog which occasionally stays. No smoking, no couples.
