Viewings will be held on Sunday the 18th of December so that we can meet (but a viewing can be arranged on another day it this is not possible for you). The apartment is finished except for some new furniture and furnishings which still need to arrive but the rooms are be available for moving in immediately.

You must be tidy, considerate, reliable, fun loving and not mind dogs as the 3rd occupier has a dog which occasionally stays. No smoking, no couples.
