Looking for a housemate to choose a property together, or an existing flat share

Hi Guys,

I am a software programmer. I would like to find a guy and choose a place to live, that would suit both of us.

I work quite a lot, study, meditate. Go to the theatre occasionally.

I am looking for a flatmate in order to have better housing conditions for the same rental money, to exchange a word or a dozen in the evening, maybe to go for a walk or to the club, to a sauna or to the theatre ))

The budget of £900 is approximate. So is the moving in date. They can both vary either way, depending on the actual opportunity.
