Seeking New Flatshare

Hey everyone. My landlord wants to sell the flat I currently live and I will need to move out late March, early April. . So I would like to ask if anyone knows any rooms going or needs another flatmate kindly to please keep me in mind 🙂
I’m 38 years old from Malta , lived in London since 2009 (and have settled status so able to stay in UK). I’m a gay man , single , interested in theatre/film/ television. Love to go out with friends, workout, read. I help co -run a gay/bi men’s discussion group once a month. I also go to a lgbt fitness group (workout with pride). I also love a quiet night in with a book or video game (I’ve got a computer and Nintendo switch). I also love animals so living with a dog or cat would be a dream.
I currently live in Bounds Green , so location wise I’m open to North/East or south London. My budget is 600 - 700 pcm. I lived in my current place for 8 years so can provide a reference from the landlord 🙂.
