Postgraduate Student Looking for Room in Greenwich, Deptford, Lewisham, New Cross, Charlton

Hi,
I am looking for a room in the Greenwich area from August. I am starting my final year of Part 2 architecture at the University of Greenwich in September/October. I am open to Deptford, Lewisham, New Cross as well as Greenwich. I am a gay and non-binary person who is very creative; I love to draw, and I am very musical too, so I come with a keyboard and various other instruments too (plus a lot of architecture equipment)! Thus, I would love to move in with other creative people too. I like to work long hours, but enjoy cooking and eating with others, as well as going out in the evenings.
It has been a very challenging year-and-a-bit and I recently had to move out of my family home due to complex and difficult events, so I am very much looking forward to meeting new queer people and having a fresh start.
My budget is 700 pounds per month all bills included.
