Need to find a new place to call home

Hey potential new flatmates,

I’m looking to move soon as my current landlord has just told me he is selling his place in July so trying to get out asap! I’m a 25 years old gay professional working in the fashion manufacturing industry(yes free clothes). I work in the office all week which could eventually move to 1 day wfh but that’s not in the near future anyway. I’m tidy and respect communal spaces so no dishes left everywhere AND I come with an air fryer 🤷🏻‍♂️.

I’m ideally looking for a slightly more social flat than I’m currently in but also respect others space as we all need time in our rooms watching ugly Betty (my current binge watch).

If you have any question please feel free to drop me a message and I’ll happily reply. Viewing wise I finish work around 5 usually so can do evenings or weekends, whatever is easiest.
