Beautiful bright en-suite room in a ground-floor flat in Kilburn (NW6).

A bright 3-bed ground floor flat on a quiet residential road in Kilburn. There is a huge kitchen/living room area with bay windows at the front of the flat, a garden at the back (for those rare sunny days) and small basement/ storage area. Bikes can be kept in the garden.

The room is a large double en-suite with access the garden. High ceilings, big french windows, lots of storage and floor space (definitely space for a desk!), plenty of natural light. The flat is a super calm and quiet environment, and has been a real sanctuary for us over this past year.

The neighbourhood rocks! We are super well connected (2x overground within a 12-mintue walk), Jubilee line (10 min walk), Bakerloo line (15 minute walk), plenty of buses into central London. There's also loads of green space nearby, places to eat, walk, swim (Hampstead Ponds are a 15 minute cycle away!), skate, rock climb, watch plays… We are round the corner from Kilburn High Road, where you'll find all the shops you need.

Pets: Elio has an adorable kitten (Gigi), plus our garden attracts many visiting cats.

About us : You'll be sharing with two lovely humans (+ one cat, see above) - Frosti and Elio.

Frosti (she/her) is a 23-year part-time old student/ writer / climbing instructor / aspiring plant mum. I love spending time in nature, long walks, climbing (duh!), cooking, reading, watching crappy TV. I'm clean and tidy and generally quite introverted - but making an effort not to be!

Elio (he/him, 21) is a transmasc student of comparative literature. He enjoys books (duh), gardening, and arts and crafts. He also comes with the most adorable kitten.

You: We are ideally looking for someone in their 20s or 30s. Must be queer (or an ally) + trans friendly. Communication, kindness and respect for each other's boundaries is super important to us.
