We're looking for a friendly, clean and considerate new housemate to join our lovely gay household in the heart of Camden.

The house is shared by three gay professional men. We're looking for someone who enjoys living in a relaxed, welcoming and sociable environment, while respecting everyone's privacy and personal space.

The Room
A bright, furnished double bedroom on the second floor, with a large sash window overlooking greenery, a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe and shelving.

The room is cosy, peaceful and benefits from plenty of natural light.

The House
This is a stylish, well-maintained home with some fantastic shared spaces, including:

• A spacious, beautifully designed open-plan living room and kitchen
• A comfortable lounge with large sofas, TV and even a piano
• A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar
• A private outdoor balcony with seating
• Contemporary bathrooms
• Plenty of natural light, tasteful furnishings and artwork throughout

It's a home with character, comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.

Who We're Looking For
We're three gay professional men who value a clean, comfortable and harmonious home.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
• Considerate of others, particularly when it comes to noise and privacy
• Friendly, easy-going and good at communicating
• Happy to contribute to keeping the house pleasant and well maintained

We enjoy a friendly atmosphere and the occasional chat or drink together, but equally appreciate that everyone has their own life and needs their own space.

The household is gay, and we're looking for someone who would feel comfortable and at home in this environment.

Rent and Bills

• Rent: £950 per calendar month
• Council tax: Approximately £80 per month
• Other household bills: Approximately £80 per month
• Total: Approximately £1,110 per month, including bills.
