Me? a young queer college musician currently in cc, prepping for university. I live in absolutely GORGEOUS, mostly furnished place in a great location a few steps away from the more lively areas on Shattuck Ave.

I've lived here since October, working on making everything feel like home but I can't cover the entire rent by myself, i need to find a roommate to join me on the lease.

The apartment has a spacious kitchen I've outfitted with a few appliances (where you'll have sole use of a few cabinets for your foods/stuff) a four-burner stove, steel sink, in-unit washer & dryer, wifi setup, a living room with a TV, couch (coffee table pending), & a dining nook for potentially 3 people.

It's me & my two cats, Olive and Lucifer. Both fully grown, both non-mean, but skittish.

The bathroom is shared, I'll be doing some upgrades for storage shelving soon, but there's room for essentials, soaps/washes/towels.

I'm open to most types of people, save hard drug users, republicans, assholes. I would rather not live with a smoker (but if you can keep it out of the apartment, we won't have a problem). It's important to me that we'd be able to solve conflict smoothly, respect one another's needs & our lives. I'd prefer to live with another student (but I'm flexible), & someone who stays up later (I tend to be in bed by 12:30). I'm on the quieter side, I love my nights in, and don't bring many people over to visit (3-4 per month) and mostly for chill evenings/hang-outs.

I will be paying utilities directly, but collect your share of that with the remainder of the rent. Since the room available is smaller than mine, I knocked the price down a bit. Your room has wall-mounted hanging (which can be taken away if you prefer), a street-facing window (3-4 ft high) of stained glass (low outer visibility)

I am looking for someone sensible, flexible, and interested in working with me, rather simply inhabiting the space. I like to cook, I hope you do, too.
