Long-term Room Required by 31st October

Hey, I’m Liam (he/him) - 28, gay, and looking for a new place in Zones 1–2 to move into by the end of the month. I’ve kept the rest of October free for viewings and moving, so if you think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to come by at a time that suits you.

-Work-

I’m an Account Manager in experiential marketing and live events — working with various brands on pop-ups, festivals and large-scale experiences. I work 9–5, Mon–Fri, and usually WFH up to two days a week. My budget’s around £1,300 pcm (bills included) or £1,150 (excluding bills).

-What I’m after-

Ideally somewhere relaxed - either a flatshare where people actually chat in the kitchen or a small studio that feels homely. I’m only looking within Zones 1–2, as I’m often between Waterloo and Soho for work.

-About me-

I’m into gaming, cooking (plant-based), and hanging out with friends. I’m more of a chil night in or board games kind of person than a big night out one. I don’t drink, but I’m usually the one organising the food and bringing the vibe to a get together.

Would love to find a place with chill energy and openminded people — or just somewhere I can settle in and make feel like home.
