A room for rent in Zillmere

I have a furnished (negotiable) bedroom with their own bathroom, it has a queen bed. The suburb is Zillmere.

Walking distance to shops and buses. Train is just a little further. In a fully furnished Unit. Ground floor so no stairs. GLBTQ would be good, I'm a gay man so no misunderstandings. No couples. You have to not be scared of birds as I have an Alexandrine Parrakeet. No other pets though. Over thirty. Ex-serviceman would be good as well, I served. Non-smoker is a must. I try to keep the living space clean, tidy, and quiet. The common areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaner. WiFi is as fast as it gets which is in the rent. I spend a fair bit of time at home due to a disability. We have storage space in the lock up garage. I was/am a DJ, I don't party at home but do practice during the weekdays. The block is extra quiet, especially during the days.

The price is $250 per week including Internet, but not electricity. Two weeks notice if you want to vacate. A bond of two weeks rent - $500, the bond will be the rent before you leave.
