It is a period Victorian brick house with a private rear garden and kitchen diner with easy access to the garden.

The bedroom has in-built wardrobes and full width windows, meaning there is a lot of light. It has curtains. It is located at the front of the house.

It is a 10 minute walk to West Norwood overground station which has direct connections to London Victoria, London Bridge, Beckenham Junction and West Croydon. It also connects to Norwood Junction and Clapham Junction. Additionally, you can reach Balham, Peckham Rye and Crystal Palace via connections at stations such as Tulse Hill and Forest Hill, which are served by trains from West Norwood.

It is a 10 minute walk to West Dulwich overground station, which has trains going to London Victoria and Orpington. During peak hours, additional services may include trains to London Blackfriars via Herne Hill (the latter has a street food market and Brockwell Park).

Within walking distance of Dulwich Village which has a classical art gallery, Gail’s Bakery and independently owned restaurants such as Rocca Di Papa, perfect for weekend brunch and coffee. Dulwich Park is also within walking distance, which has a boating lake and tennis courts.

Within easy walking distance of West Norwood high street with plenty of shops and restaurants, a Picturehouse cinema and South London Theatre.

Non-smokers preferred and sadly no couples and no pets.

Rent

Rent is £900 per calendar month plus a 1/3rd share of all bills.

A deposit of one month's rent will be needed in advance.

WiFi provided but there is no landline telephone.

Bills are excluded - will be split every month (Water, Electricity & Gas)
