Looking for a double bedroom around Stockwell, Kennington, E&C.

I am on the hunt for a double bedroom to rent as of 25/07/25. Ideally pre furnished

I would Prefer a long term tenancy 1+ years.

My budget is around £1250/£1350 inc bills pcm.

A little bit about me, I am 25, gay male, working professional. I work for a University as an Events Manager. I also go into the office 4/5 days a week.

Enjoy going to see shows, brunch and lunch’s with friends, watching anime and the occasional night out!

I am a pretty social guy so I’m happy to hangout, have dinner together or just watch telly with a glass of wine 🍷

But I also respect boundaries and personal space. I know how important that alone time is too, as a day alone doing nothing is calming.

I always clean up after myself and would always respect the home along with the property that’s there
