Professional looking for a nice room for 6 months

I am an IT professional, looking to move from Leeds to London.
I work mostly from home with my company offices in Watford & Leeds.
For some months, I will be in Leeds for 4 days and in London for 3 days of the week.

I am a easy going, easy to make friends with, non-fussy, health & hygine conscious person who goes regualrly to gym, plays acoustic guitar, loves music, movies, intelectual discussions and debates, politics, finance, food, cricket, bowling etc.

I like dating scene and going out. Not a party animal. I prefer quiet & cozy times mostly and small group of close friends rather than huge social circle.

I am looking to share a flat with 1 more person. I will play my guitar in my room; but won't bother you with it. I might bring my date sometimes; but will be very responsible and sensisble about it and not cause any disturbance to you. I don't drink (by choice for gym fit aesthetic body) .. so no drunken crazy nights from me for sure. I prefer to keep things not go past midnight so not a night time nusance either.

I expect the same responsible behaviour my flatmate.

I love cats but not dogs, so if you have cat, I am cool with it.
