House Share

I am 24 year old actor/theatre worker, currently living in a 3 bedroom house with my father. We currently have one room available to rent from 1st September 2024. We have had lodgers in the past, but are looking to make this a house share. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen, which will be shared. All tenants will have a responsibility to keep these communal areas clean at all times. There is good transport links to Newbury town centre and Reading, along with a convenience store up the road and a Tesco supermarket a short walk away. Tenant will have access to off-road parking.
