Friendly, relaxed, tidy

Hi,

My current landlady's selling up so I'm looking for somewhere in east London, ideally.

I'm a freelance graphic designer/pt barman. I also have my own art practice with a studio in Leyton. Into art, film, books, good food, good mates, walking/hiking, swimming and (thanks lockdown) gardening.

I'd like to have at least enough room for a double bed and my desk. Some kind of space for my bike is also necessary.

Easy-going, open-minded and I always clean up after myself.
