2 bed semi detached house, no drive but plenty of spaces outside, bus routes are within 2 minutes. The house has a modern living room, kitchen and bathroom, currently renovating the room that will be available, only plan to rent one room in the house or have one / couple living.

• 50 inch TV with stand
• Wireless broadband with speed of 300mbps

I don't plan on living in the property but I will be visiting the property on a regular basis, there is no access to rear garden, I also have a cat who will be staying in the conservatory, who I will come by to feed which is the only reason why I'd come back to the property.

Lounge details:

There may or may not be access to the lounge, I'm undecided but it will contain a large 65inch TV with a manual reclining sofa.

There is also a fireplace but will probably disable as it's a gas fire.
