NHS professional seeks 1bdrm/studio flat.

Hello!

I'm Chad and I'm a social worker for the NHS SLaM and Local Authority's mental health team. I am currently seeking a long-term place to call home in London in the South West, as close to Brixton / Clapham / Camberwell as I can.

I spend my work days visiting patients across the Lambeth Council providing assessments and planning for people with high mental health needs.

I am open to all types of properties big and small, but want to find something I can look after and turn into a home. Creating a home space is very important to me so you can be assured the property would be looked after and nurtured.

I am not looking to have shared facilities so the basics would need to be included, however if it is a hybrid mix of both I could be interested so do get in touch either way.

My budget will vary depending on the property that's available but that's something I'd be happy to discuss.

I work 9am-5pm and commute via bike / public transport, so bike storage would be fantastic, but also entirely optional.

(Move date is flexible, but I would need to provide enough time to my current property, so roughly 4-6 weeks notice.).
