Comfortable double room in a friendly Clapham house

A comfortable spare room available for rental in a friendly, professional household with the two live-in landlords.

We're two co-owners, looking for a lodger to take our 'snug'. It's a ground-floor double bedroom, with access to a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room and bathroom.

We're both professionals (one of us works from home), with busy social lives but who like to spend the odd night in at home relaxing.

Our south-facing garden catches the sun for glorious summer afternoons and evenings, and we often find ourselves round the barbecue with a glass in hand.
