Double room near Oval/Kennington

Hello! We are two friends looking for someone to join us in our three-bed flat available from May 2025

LOCATION:
- 5 mins walk from Oval Tube Station
- 10 mins walk from Kennington Tube Station
- Close to lots of bus routes going around the city

THE FLAT
- Our flat has three equal-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, split onto two levels.
- We are lucky to have a living space as well which is cosy, perfectly sized for three people, full of natural light in the day. We have a TV with streaming services and we occasionally watch movies together at home.
- Kitchen is compact but appropriately sized for one person cooking at a time, has a washing machine and dishwasher.

- Rent is £800. With all utilities such as council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, it’s around £940/mo all in. We are also considering getting a cleaner to come by once a month but can discuss!

THE FLATMATES
There are two of us living in the flat, myself (Moy) and Piper. Moy is 30 and works in hospitality so is usually out of the house in the evenings. Piper is 28 works in retail/make-up. We are into pop music, watching movies and going out for drinks.

THE ROOM
Your room will be on the top floor of the flat. There will be some drawers, a desk and a double bed. There is also a built-in wardrobe as well. Good amount of light as you have a big window in the middle of the room. You will share the upstairs bathroom.

We are a gay/trans/LGBT household so we would prefer to live with preferably another gay male. We are most likely to consider other professionals around our age.
