Double Room in Modern Flat with En-Suite

Hello there potential roomie! I am looking for a lovely housemate to join me in a flat share. I'm not looking for someone that will sit in their room all the time as I would like the place to feel like home for both of us. A few drinks now and again, although, i do respect that we all need our own personal space and alone time!

The flat is an 8 minute walk to Maze Hill station, which is a 15 minute train ride into London Bridge. I'm only 5 minutes walk from the river and 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Greenwich. There is a communal roof terrace as well as a private balcony and you will have access (for free) to the gym which is located in the building. The room also comes with a private bathroom.

There is no furniture provided within the room but i am looking at getting a couch and some other bits for the living room. I have a large TV and a projector with surround sound for fun movie nights! If you have any living room / kitchen equipment there is space for that as well!

FYI, the council tax is band E and I've estimated the bills to be around £200 a month.
