We have a room available in our flat share, the flat is ground floor, high ceilings, VERY spacious and sex positive. It comes with a HUGE shared living space too, which currently has no photos because it looks like a construction zone. But the size is around 10mx5m. So that can give you an idea, and the ceilings are almost 4m high! The three existing housemates have been friends for a while and enjoy each others company so its important we get someone who has a similar vibe.

The room is unfurnished (I could stretch to a bed and mattress if it sealed the deal). Huge original windows (you'd think it would be cold but the flat never is, surprisingly!) It's a blank canvas, you can do what you like with the room as long as its done professionally and okay'd before and after.

All bills are included in the price, £800, and £800 deposit. Bills included are electric, water, broadband, tv license, and amenities (toilet roll, cleaning products, etc.)

Oh yes and THE REST OF APRIL IS FREE! Rent is due the last day of every month for the following month.
