Room in a Converted Warehouse

Hey,

We have a room available in our flat share, the flat is ground floor, high ceilings, VERY spacious and in the middle of a huge community of artists and creatives. It comes with a HUGE shared studio space too, which can be used by the occupants in whichever way they wish. At the moment its a large photography and film studio used to create content for JustForFans. But the size is around 10mx5m. So that can give you an idea, and the ceilings are almost 5m high! There are currently 5 housemates in 4 bedrooms. There will be two bedrooms available, both partially furnished, they can have more or less furniture in them upon discussion.

The rooms have brand new double glazing

Most bills at the moment are included in the price, we're in the middle of having the flat converted entirely to electric from gas (landlords choice not ours!) So the bills are included for now but are subject to change.

Both rooms are available from around the 10th of March. They'll go fast, so get in and see them for yourself!
