E1 - Stunning Victorian Conversion

I’m Bill, my friend is called Jac. I work as a manager in an education start up, Jac is a film & TV location manager. We’ve lived here for 2 years and love our place! Our friend is moving out due to rent prices in London.

The living space we have here is huge, massive spaces including both the kitchen and the main living room, as well as a large balcony looking over St Georges church.

The room available is relatively small, we will include more pictures of it as soon as we can! There is a downstairs toilet, but the shower is on the second floor, modern and clean (great shower!) Jac has an en suite.

We’re looking to renew our lease and our flatmate will be moving out on March 23rd.

We’re looking for someone we can enjoy hanging out with and would love to meet anyone seriously interested to have a pint and to see if we’re all the right fit for each other!
