My room in a two bed flat on Lordship Lane in Tottenham is available for sublet from Sunday 5th February - Saturday 4th March (a couple of days either side of these dates also works).
Rent (inc bills) is c£850, however given it's a short term sublet lower offers will be considered!

People on benefits welcome & with regards to accessibility, the kitchen, bathroom, living room are on the first floor of a terraced house up one flight of stairs, and the bedroom is up a second flight of stairs. Me and my housemate are renters of the place.

Roughly 15 minute walk to Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line) or 15 min walk to Bruce Grove station (Overground).

I'll be away in Berlin for the duration. My housemate works from home most days in her room, she's cleanly & appreciates her down time. My room has a desk with a desktop screen suitable for working from home + double bed and there's a living room with biggish telly & dining table.
