Professional looking for sociable house/buddy up

Hello!

I will soon be moving to London to work in Kingston Upon Thames. I will be working supporting schools and children with Mental Health related issues. Due to this I need to be somewhere with a direct train link for a straightforward commute. I will also be working from home at least 1 day per week.

I’m Queer + Non Binary (although I’m not precious about this still use he/him) I’d ideally like to live with people who I can be friends with. Although, I will have a social life outside the house/flat environment too. I do also enjoy time alone and respect the privacy of others. I’m happy to go on nights out, day trips, nights in, cook together etc.

A furnished room would be great but equally I’m open to unfurnished. I enjoy many things and am always willing to try new things. I like going to the gym and practicing yoga & meditation. Not as boring as that probably sounds! I also love watching TV/films and reading.
