Looking for Double Room with Single Bed

Hi, I'm Chad, I'm looking for a room in south London or Surrey, preferably in a mature house. I'm from California, but settled in the UK for 30 years.

In terms of a room, I'm not too fussy but a decent sized room would be great. I am pretty organised, very clean and tidy and considerate. I can supply references from current and past landlords.

As far as pastimes are concerned, I enjoy gardening, dog walking and am an avid film buff.

I'm ready to move pretty much immediately, and would love to hear from you.
