Friendly Guy

Hi Everyone,

So I'm a friendly guy as the title suggests. I'm looking for a new place to live and can move in straight away. I work in an Chelsea Based Auction House. I work 5days a week Sunday - Thursday 9am - 6pm. Don't know why that's relevant, but always good to mention I guess.

I currently reside in a Wandsworth flat but the tenancy is up end of Feb so looking to move ASAP really.

I am a fairly social person. Meaning that I do go and see friends after work and would occasionally have friends come round if possible. But never in a overbearing way. I would like my new roommate to be friendly and possibly ok with smoking. I don't mind going outside and would spray before entering the household if its an issue.
